Awqaf: Kuwait seeks to communicate with Muslim communities to spread moderate Islam
The assistant undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs for technical coordination and external relations and pilgrimage, Mr. Khalif Al-Uthina appraised the support provided by Kuwait to all the Muslim communities wherever they live, believing the need to communicate with these communities with aim of delivering the Islamic Da'wah in its correct form out of the Amiri wish to transform Kuwait a global center for moderation.
Al-Uthina during a workshop on the role of the International Moderation Center honored the Canadian delegation who is currently visiting the State said that the ministry is keen on hosting the Muslim communities from different countries of the world to extend the bridges of cooperation to serve our Islamic guidance on the directions of the undersecretary Dr. Adel Al-Falah, who always keen to spread moderation Da'wah by the Islamic religion. He pointed out that the Canadian delegation's visit aims to have a look at the International Moderation Center and attend a workshop explains the moderation methodology in the Islamic religion.
He stressed the keenness of the Ministry of Awqaf to provide all the children of the Muslim community with what it can provide to help them be bale to face any problems in the education of the Islamic religion.
He pointed out that Kuwait enjoys with great acceptance among all countries of the world, because of its an honest and transparent call that enabled Kuwait to reach this status.
Al-Uthina wished that all the participants in the workshop to transfer the benefits of this session to the children of the Muslim community residing in Canada and be ambassadors for their religion in their country. Al-Uthina thanked all the participants in the scientific workshop and hoping that they would repeat this visit with other delegations.
