On his call to pray for the people of Aleppo, the minister replied, "this is the least we can offer to our stricken brothers in Aleppo" praying to His Almighty to relieve them of their hardships.
The State of Kuwait has urged the Security Council to shoulder its responsibilities towards the tragic conditions in Aleppo and called for an irregular Arab meeting to look into the plight of the war-battered residents of the Syrian city.
